Investigating Protein Translation with Bio-Rad’s NGC Chromatography System

The Fraser Laboratory in the Dept. of Molecular and Cellular Biology at UC Davis studies protein translation mechanisms by purifying diverse ribosomal proteins and reconstructing the translation complex in vitro.
